(Cavan): Rehabilitation of offenders is a complex matter and I could not make a comprehensive statement on it in reply to a Parliamentary Question. I propose to deal with the subject when opening the debate on the Estimates for which I am responsible. I can assure the Deputy I am aware of the importance of the subject.
(Dublin Central): Can the Minister say when the corrective training unit now being built in Mountjoy will be completed?
(Cavan): I have answered several questions on that.
