Order of Business.

It is proposed to take Nos. 3, 7, 8 and 10 and, in No. 10, Vote 34 for division at 10.15 p.m. and Votes 27 to 33 resumed.

The Leader of the Opposition asked me last week for a list of the business. With your permission, Sir, I propose to give the legislation it is proposed to deal with in this session: the Place-names Bill; the Air Navigation and Transport Bill; the Holidays (Employees) Bill; the Electoral (Amendment) (No. 2) Bill; the Local Government (Planning and Development) Bill; the Conditions of Employment (Equal Pay) Bill; the Misuse of Drugs Bill; and the Auctioneers and House Agents Bill from the Seanad. All these Bills, except the Auctioneers and House Agents Bill, are for Second Stage. The Auctioneers and House Agents Bill is for Committee Stage.

In addition, the following Bills have not yet been introduced, but it is hoped to introduce them and enact them during the session: the Army Pensions Bill; the Local Government Confirmation Order (Drogheda Boundary Extension) Bill; the Agricultural Credit (Amendment) Bill; the International Development Association (Amendment) Bill; the Appropriation Bill; the Exchequer and Local Financial Years Bill, 1973; the Gaeltacht Housing (Amendment) Bill; the Telephone Capital Bill; the Bill to extend CIE's borrowing power; the Restrictive Practices (Confirmation of Orders) Bill; the Mergers, Take-overs and Monopilies (Control) Bill and the Courts Bill.
