I understand that it is not proposed to order No. 3 at the request of the Opposition so the business will be No. 6.
Order of Business.
Arising out of what the Taoiseach has said, it is not quite at the request of the Opposition. It is in partial fulfilment of an undertaking given by the Minister when this report was debated on the last occasion. The Minister said then that the main report would be published on a date which would give the House several weeks to consider it. As the Taoiseach is aware, this report was published last Friday or Saturday. In view of the fact that the Minister says he will not be available next week or the following week, I have agreed to accommodate him by taking the debate tomorrow. However, I appreciate the Taoiseach's acceptance.
