I approved a tender for the civil works contract for this scheme on the 26th November.
The question brought action.
It was an effective question.
I received it on 15th November and I sanctioned it within ten days. No comment?
The Minister received it on 15th November?
Finally. There was a lot of difficulty from the first time it came in.
I know there are long delays in the postal service between Donegal and Dublin but I did not think there were delays of three months.
It was not their fault. Originally it came in on 28th August and, because of difficulty over the recommendation on a contractor, the recommendation for sanction finally came to me on 15th August and I sanctioned it just because it was in the Deputy's area, of course.
