On a point of clarification, Sir, I replied to a question by Deputy Leonard in which he asked me if I would consider granting a Christmas bounty to needy social welfare recipients and Deputy Haughey asked me a supplementary to which I could not give the answer. I should like now to apologise. I could not find the information in the time at my disposal. It was in a different part of the file, as a matter of fact. The format on the front of the files from Health and Social Welfare differ. The information Deputy Haughey asked for was the cost. I would like to tell him now that it would be £2 million.
