I could not usefully or properly attempt to set a timetable for negotiations that involve another country and that require the settlement of many matters of detail. All I can say is that the negotiations are going very well—a further meeting was held towards the end of January —and my hope is that legislation can be introduced in time to enable the Oireachtas to deal with it before the summer recess.
