The figures must be alarming seeing that he did not give the figures. Is the Minister worried about the number of cows and cow heifers being killed at the moment in the factories?
Not in the least. Cow numbers at the end of December were substantially up on previous years— 200,000 odd to be exact—so the Deputy is talking through his hat.
I am sure the Minister is glad.
