asked the Minister for Lands when the Land Commission propose to divide the Tully estate, Conagher, Irishtown, County Galway.

asked the Minister for Lands when the Land Commission propose to divide the Thornton estate, Stripe, Irishtown, County Galway.

asked the Minister for Lands when the Land Commission propose to divide the Gallagher estate, Stripe, Irishtown, County Galway.

With the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, I propose to take Questions Nos. 52, 53 and 54 together.

I understand the aim is to include the three holdings referred to in next year's allocation programme.

asked the Minister for Lands if the Land Commission have concluded negotiations for the acquisition of the Fahy and Forde estates at Knockbawn and Knockbrack, respectively, Athenry, County Galway.

The purchase price of the Fahy estate was recently determined by the appeal tribunal and the Land Commission are at present considering whether the proceedings should be continued. The proceedings for the Forde estate are in their final stages and the Land Commission are at present endeavouring to arrange a date for possession.
