I am informed that the Industrial Development Authority expect to take possession next month of a two acre site in Manorhamilton and to invite tenders about July for the construction of an advance factory on the site.
Could the Minister say if this is the site on which a compulsory purchase order was placed some time ago?
Yes.
It is not the site on which the townspeople most desire to have a factory.
