There has been no change in the position of doctors, lawyers, architects and other professionally qualified people as regards right of establishment, freedom to supply services and recognition of professional qualifications under the legislation of the European Communities since I replied to the Deputy's previous question on 12th July, 1973, that is to say, that the council has not yet adopted any of the draft directives which are under consideration.
