asked the Minister for Education the cost per head to the State of each pupil in (a) primary schools (b) secondary schools (that is to say old secondary and vocational schools) (c) regional technological colleges (d) higher technological colleges in Dublin, Cork and Limerick (e) teacher-training colleges and (f) universities.

(1) The cost element in respect of the technological colleges in Dublin, Cork, and Limerick cannot be isolated since these institutions are conducted by the respectice voational education committees as part of their ordinary scheme.
