There are very great differences in customs, laws and procedures between the various markets. Various EEC committees and working parties are presently studying the problems involved but in view of the complexity of that task rapid progress towards integration cannot be expected.
Would the Minister agree that the situation seems to have worsened instead of improved recently?
That is a sentiment with which I find it difficult to disagree.
