A total of seven special classes and 14 remedial teaching posts have been sanctioned to date in primary schools in the area.
Would the Minister accept that there would be a need for an even greater number of special type classes and remedial teachers in that area?
Mr. R. Burke
I would agree with the Deputy that we can never be satisfied with the numbers, but we have initiated discussions with the appropriate authorities on the provision of special classes in the schools in the north side of the city.
