asked the Minister for Local Government if, in view of the necessity of having defective house connections repaired prior to the coming into operation of the new water supply scheme in Ballina, County Mayo, he will consider giving a subvention to those who, because of the expense involved, will not be able to have these repairs carried out and who may have their connections terminated.
