asked the Minister for Lands the up-to-date position regarding the Terry estate, Ardac, Ardmore, County Waterford.

An objection to the acquisition proceedings in this matter was heard last December. The objection was allowed in respect of 142 acres, approximately, and disallowed in respect of the balance of the lands comprising some 20 acres. Proceedings for this latter area are continuing and the matter of price remains to be settled.

asked the Minister for Lands the up-to-date position regarding the Heaphy estate, Ballina-courty, Dungarvan, County Waterford.

There are compulsory acquisition proceedings for the acquisition of the property referred to. The price of the lands was determined recently by the appeal tribunal and the Land Commission are now considering whether the proceedings should be continued.

asked the Minister for Lands the up-to-date position regarding the Crowley-Flavin estate, Ardmore, County Waterford.

Proceedings for the compulsory acquisition of the property referred to have reached the final stages but the Land Commission have as yet been unable to obtain possession. The lands will become vested in the Land Commission on 21st June, 1974, the appointed day fixed in respect thereof, and if possession is not forthcoming an application will be made to the judicial commissioner for an order for possession pursuant to section 19 of the Land Act, 1927.
