My Department are not at present providing kiosks in areas such as Marfield where there is no post office.
Why are the Minister's Department not providing a telephone kiosk at Marlfield, Clonmel? What is the policy behind the non-provision of such a telephone kiosk which, according to the information given to me by Deputy Davern, is badly needed?
The policy on this has been stated in this House many times by both my predecessor and myself. As I have indicated, it is not the policy to allow kiosks in areas in which there is no post office.
