asked the Minister for Local Government the up-to-date position concerning the provision of a sewerage scheme for Kilflynn village, County Kerry.

asked the Minister for Local Government the up-to-date position concerning the provision of a small sewerage scheme for Kilfenora village, County Kerry.

With the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, I propose to take Questions Nos. 15 and 16 together.

I hope to convey my decision on these proposals to the local authority shortly.

asked the Minister for Local Government the action he intends to take to bring the water scheme in Castleisland town, County Kerry to completion.

This is a matter for the local authority.

asked the Minister for Local Government if he has made a decision on the Compulsory Purchase Order made by Galway County Council to acquire rights for a second water supply for the town of Tuam.

There are two matters before me in this case, one an application for a provisional order under the Water Supplies Act, 1942, and the other a compulsory purchase order under the Local Government (No. 2) Act, 1960. I hope to give my decision in both cases in the very near future.

asked the Minister for Local Government if Donegal County Council have made application for a loan in respect of the construction of extensions to Malin Head water supply scheme, the tender for which has been sanctioned.

An application by the County Council for a loan to finance the construction of the stage two extension of the Malin Head water supply scheme has not yet been re ceived in my Department.
