(Cavan): These lands had been sold prior to inspection by the Land Commission. The commission were satisfied that the lands were being properly worked by the new owner and in the circumstances they decided not to move for acquisition.
I am informed that local congestion is not acute and that the lands are not very suitable for division due to difficulty of access.
