(Cavan): Thirty-four applications were received but two were later withdrawn. To date, one applicant has been adjudged eligible and three others appear to qualify but a final decision will not be made in their case until information is available as to the development farmers who will purchase or take a lease of their lands. Two applicants have been refused.
Could we have the ages of those?
(Cavan): I have not but arising out of the Deputy's remarks this morning I think about 66 per cent of the applicants in the scheme are under 65.
How much under?
(Cavan): I shall be going into that in considerable detail when I am replying to the debate on the Estimate. It is not relevant on this question.
