asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if he will give details of the recent price increase on registered letter postage in actual and percentage terms.

The answer is in the form of a tabular statement which, with the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, I propose to circulate with the Official Report.

Inland Post Service

In the inland post service the same registration fees apply to all categories of mail.
