Pension order books covering the full rate of pension, £12.90, payable in respect of the person concerned, his wife and child were issued in the normal course on 18th September, 1974. The Deputy's question is the first intimation received in the Department that one of the books had not arrived at the local post office. A replacement book has now been issued.
