It will first be necessary to do a hydrographic and boring survey to determine the feasibility of dredging a channel to Inishboffin pier, usable for all stages of the tide. This survey will be carried out next summer.
Can the Parliamentary Secretary predict the result?

The job will be done far more speedily than was the case in respect of Rossaveal Harbour.
