The programme of special stamps for 1975 is well in hand and it would be difficult to depart from it at this stage. The suggestion contained in the Deputy's question will, however, be considered for the 1976 programme. I should, perhaps, say that the practice hitherto has been to issue stamps in commemoration of individuals for the 50th or later anniversary of death or the centenary or later anniversary of birth.
