I move:
That, in respect of any Bill of the present session having as its main object the imposition of a charge upon the people, the motion approving of the charge may, notwithstanding Standing Order 118 of the Standing Orders of Dáil Éireann relative to Public Business, be taken at any time prior to the Committee Stage of the Bill.
