The following table shows the estimated number of permanent and temporary male employees engaged in farm work and the number of tractors on agricultural holdings in each county in June, 1973. The figures are based on sample returns covering approximately 50 per cent of the area of the country. The corresponding figures for 1974 are not yet available.
