An instalment—£200—of this grant was paid to the person named in June, 1973. Following an inspection on 8th March, 1974, the inspector reported that the house was not yet ready for payment of the balance of the grant. The applicant was so informed and he undertook to notify my Department when he had complied with the requirements. No notification has yet been received from the applicant.
