The national house condition sample survey carried out by An Foras Forbartha has been completed and the report on it has been under examination in my Department. Arising from this examination, the need for more detailed data on a wider range of dwellings has been established and this is being sought from local authorities. Pending the results of the local investigation, a decision on the publication of the report has been deferred.
