The Government's decision in relation to the appointment of members of the governing body of the NIHE, Dublin is as follows:
"The majority of the members ... shall be nominated by the Government, on the recommendation of the Minister for Education, and shall include representatives from the trade unions, agriculture, business, industry and educational interests".
Might I ask the Minister how many people have accepted the invitation?

Has the Minister decided that the National Institute for Higher Education will be in Ballymun?

That matter has yet to be decided. It is a matter of planning the institute.
Would the Minister have any idea when the administrative buildings might be constructed? When will they be started?

That depends on the availability of capital resources for these projects.
