asked the Minister for Local Government if he has received a planning appeal in relation to the establishment of an oil refinery in the Dublin area; and, if so, when a decision will be made on the appeal.
Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Dublin Oil Refinery.

As I indicated in my reply to a related question on the 13th February, 1975—No. 66—an appeal has been made to me against the decision of the planning authority refusing permission under the Local Government (Planning and Development) Act, 1963 for the erection of an oil refinery and ancillary development on a site east of the Pigeon House (B) power station. I am not yet in a position to say when a decision will be given on the appeal.
