Vol. 280 No. 7

Order of Business.

Nos. 1 and 9. By agreement, the order for the taking of the Report Stage of the Finance Bill on Thursday is being discharged and the Report Stage will be taken today after No. 1. Private Members' Business, 6 to 7.30 p.m. —No. 26 by agreement. The Dáil will meet at 11.30 a.m. on Wednesday and Thursday of this week.

I want to give notice of my intention, with your permission, to raise the subject matter of Question No. 19 of 25th February of this year on the Adjournment.

It is after the appropriate time. Perhaps the Deputy will raise it again tomorrow?

It is on the Order of Business.

The Order of Business is after time too.

Technically, should the Order of Business not have been announced before 4.30, or are we out of order?

It should—immediately after Questions.

It was impossible.

Therefore, it was impossible for me to be correct.

The Chair is anxious to facilitate the Deputy in every way. He can raise the matter tomorrow.

Therefore, the Taoiseach is out of order.

I do not want to create any rancour. You said that questions of this nature must be raised before 4 o'clock.

I misunderstood you. I apologise.
