Cavan): Proceedings for the compulsory acquisition of the property referred to were instituted in 1970. An objection lodged on behalf of the owner came for hearing before the lay commissioners on 26th July, 1972, when the case was adjourned for three years. Until such time as the objection is finally determined it is not possible to say whether the proceedings will be continued.
