asked the Minister for Social Welfare why dental benefit is not being granted to a person (name supplied) in Dublin.
Written Answers. - Dental Benefit Claimant.
76.
The person referred to by the Deputy is not qualified for dental benefit under the scheme administered by my Department as she fails to satisfy the statutory contribution condition which requires that the claimant must have at least 26 contributions paid or credited in the contribution year governing the claim. It appears, however, from a communication recently received from the claimant that she may have had further contributions in that year. Inquiries are at present being made about this and when they are completed the claim will be reviewed.
