Vol. 281 No. 3

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take business in the following order: No. 10 (resumed) and No. 11 (resumed); No. 11 (resumed) will be taken at 3.30 p.m. and No. 10 (resumed) will be taken at 6 p.m. Questions will be taken from 2.30 p.m. to 3.30 p.m.

On the Order of Business, may I ask, if the Pay-Related Benefits Bill finishes before 6 p.m., having resumed at 3.30 p.m., what will we go on to?

We go back to No. 10.

We go back to the Capital Gains Tax Bill?

It is ordered for 6 p.m.

The assumption is that the Pay-Related Benefits Bill will take some time. If it takes less time, well and good; we will then go back to the Capital Gains Tax Bill.

Again on the Order of Business, I want to give notice of my intention to raise the subject matter of Question No. 16 on Tuesday last on the Adjournment.

The Chair will communicate with the Deputy.
