I have been informed by the Industrial Development Authority that a project is under active negotiation at present for the factory in Mohill.
As regards the factories at the other locations mentioned by the Deputy, I have been informed by the authority that they have had inquiries about them from a number of industrialists but that, to date, no commitment has been received for the location of a project in any of these premises. The authority are continuing to promote these factories for suitable projects.
