In the case of a child living in an area in which a school has been closed transport is allowed only to the designated central school. This child lives in the area of Dromanarigle school, which was closed and amalgamated with Boherbue national school, and transport to Newmarket national school may not be allowed for him even on a fare-paying basis. He is, of course, eligible for free transport to Boherbue national school.
