I am satisfied that my Department and the agricultural advisory services give special attention through educational programmes and otherwise to encouraging farmers to adopt appropriate systems for the wintering of livestock in drumlin soil areas and that the capital grants available in such areas under the farm modernisation scheme towards the provision of shelters or cubicles are adequate.
