Payment of disability benefit to the person referred to by the Deputy was disallowed from 3rd November, 1975 following examination by a medical referee of my Department who expressed the opinion that he was capable of work. He has appealed against the disallowance and in connection with his appeal another examination by a different medical referee is being arranged as soon as possible. His claim for benefit will be reviewed in the light of the medical referee's report on this further examination.
