I saw in the papers this morning that the Minister is investigating micro-wave transmission. Would he not agree that private enterprise is ready to go ahead without any examination he will carry out, which puts it on the long finger?
With respect, I think that is an entirely separate question.
Does the Minister not agree that private enterprise can take over the job that he is failing to do?
That is a completely different and separate question.
