andMr. Farrell asked the Minister for Local Government the allocations made to Dundalk Urban Council by way of SDA loans and supplementary grants for the transitional financial period 1974 and for 1975.
With the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, I propose to take Questions Nos. 138 and 144 together.
The capital allocation made to Dundalk Urban District Council for the payment of house purchase and reconstruction loans and supplementary grants in the nine-month period ended on 31st December, 1974, was £446,000. The capital allocation for these schemes in 1975 is £400,000. The total expenditure on the schemes to date in 1975 is £357,240 and the council expect to spend a further sum of £18,325 between now and December 31st next.
