, Cavan): There are no proceedings for the acquisition of the property referred to but I shall arrange to have the Deputy's representations brought to the attention of the Land Commission.
I understand, however, that the lands are at present being used as a bona fide stud farm and as such would not be vulnerable to compulsory acquisition proceedings by the Land Commission.
