Is the Parliamentary Secretary aware that waste paper cannot be disposed of in this country at the moment, even for nothing?

The Parliamentary Secretary gave me the figure for 1975 before 1971. Could he give me again the figure for 1971 and that for the final year, 1975?
In 1971 the figure for newsprint imports is 44,869 metric tons, value £3.032 million and in 1975, 47,016 metric tons, value £7.757 million.
