I am aware that the water supplies to the areas referred to by the Deputy are in need of augmentation and I have recently approved of Clare County Council's preliminary proposals for a first stage of the Ennistymon/Lahinch/Liscannor Water Supply Scheme which will inter alia improve the supply to these areas.
