About 1,700 subscribers in the area did not receive Part I of the current directory during the general delivery in April/May. They were not available when the postmen called. Delivery of the outstanding directories was delayed owing to difficulties with the local postmen in regard to the delivery arrangements proposed. These difficulties have now been resolved following discussions between the Department and the union representing the postmen and delivery has commenced.
