An application for old age non-contributory pension by the person concerned was received on 25th February, 1976. So far it has not been possible to complete consideration of the application because of the failure of the applicant's solicitors to furnish a duly stamped deed of transfer of a holding. As soon as this is done the application will be submitted to the local pension committee for decision.
