With the leave of the Chair, I should like to announce for the information of the House that it has been agreed that in the event of the motion on the fisheries negotiations being reached the last speaker for the Fianna Fáil Party will be called on at 3.45 p.m., the last speaker for the Government at 4.15 p.m. and the issue will be put at 4.45 p.m.
