NOTES:
(a) Housing authorities have been informed that allocations generally will be reviewed after 30th June, 1977, and that further allocations may be made following the review, to cover expenditure on additional starts to be authorised later in the year.
(b) Wexford County Council only sought £671,000 in draws from the Local Loans Fund in 1976 out of their total authorised expenditure of £1,204,000.
(c) The figures shown for 1971-72, 1972-73, and 1973-74 are for the financial years ended 31st March 1972, 31st March 1973 and 31st March 1974 respectively. The figures for 1974 (9 months) relate to the transitional financial period from 1st April 1974 to 31st December 1974. In subsequent years the calender year coincides with the financial year.
(d) The figures shown in the table for 1971-72, 1972-73, 1973-74, 1974 and 1975 represent actual issues from the Local Loans Fund for local authority housing in each of these periods.

asked the Minister for Local Government when he will make the necessary moneys available to Wexford County Council to commence work on the NBA house scheme for Gorey.
The allocation to Wexford County Council of any additional funds which may be required for this scheme will be considered when the National Building Agency are in a position to sign a contract for the scheme. I understand that Wexford County Council have authorised the agency to proceed with a first stage of 40 houses and that tenders will be invited next month.
