Copies of the report referred to were made available for sale on the 1st July. I am aware that, because of continuing requests, there have been periods during which supplies could not be made available on demand. Copies are now available to meet demands. In the circumstances it is not considered appropriate to have the text of the report, which runs to approximately 30 pages, printed in the Official Report.
