asked the Minister for Education the outcome of his negotiations to date with the Teachers' Union of Ireland concerning the proposed deed of trust for the community school at Tallaght, County Dublin; when he first discussed the matter with the TUI; the names of any other parties with whom he has had consultations to date on this issue; the outcome of these consultations; and if he will place a copy of the proposed deed of trust on the Table of the House.

Discussions have not yet taken place on the proposed deed of trust for community schools. A reference was made to the matter during the course of a meeting with a deputation from the TUI in July and it was indicated to them that discussions with the recognised educational organisations would be held before a final decision was made in regard to the terms of the deed of trust. Copies of the draft deed of trust are being placed in the Oireachtas Library.
