Allocation of a grant in this case has been delayed because the applicant has stated that he is obtaining a water supply from a group scheme but my Department has no record of his being a member of any such scheme. In the circumstances a grant of £325 has now been allocated and an inspection is being arranged with a view to payment of the grant, if in order.
