asked the Minister for Fisheries when the derelict hulk (details supplied) causing serious obstruction at Skerries Harbour, County Dublin will be removed, in view of the danger and hardship caused to fishermen who have to manhandle heavy fish-boxes across their own boats and then across the sunken hulk via a narrow plank.
